Founder & CEO, Veritas Behavioral Consultants
Sabrina Acatrinei is a seasoned Director and visionary leader in the behavioral health field, specializing in the development and oversight of both inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. With a deep-rooted passion for recovery and a track record of operational excellence, Sabrina has successfully owned and operated her own treatment center—demonstrating both entrepreneurial drive and unwavering dedication to quality care.
Holding a Master’s in Social Work and certification as a CADC, Sabrina brings expertise in clinical program development, staff leadership, and the implementation of innovative, evidence-based treatment models. Under her guidance, facilities have achieved measurable improvements in compliance, quality assurance, and community engagement.
Sabrina is well-versed in state licensing processes, Joint Commission and CARF accreditation, and the creation of systems that meet and exceed regulatory expectations. Her additional experience in Human Resources allows her to support organizations in building strong teams, improving staff performance, and maintaining safe, client-centered environments.
She has also collaborated closely with insurance providers and managed care networks to secure in-network contracts, improving both access to services and financial sustainability for treatment centers.
With a comprehensive understanding of the behavioral health landscape, Sabrina founded Veritas Behavioral Consultants to help facilities launch, grow, and thrive—with integrity, purpose, and clinical excellence at the core.
